Decra Ltd has been working with laminates since the introduction of these products into the UK.
We fabricate precision panels manufactured from a variety of core materials, faced with high-pressure laminates. These panels may be used for shop-fitting, wall panelling, furniture and in our locker systems.
We have a lot of experience working in solid (compact) laminate and are able to post-form it.
The company has a specialist joinery shop for the fabrication of high-quality carcase units, desk frameworks, shop-fittings etc.
A major fabricator of solid surfacing materials - Corian, Formica, Avonite, Wilsonart, Staron – we fabricate vanity units, counter & bar tops, laboratory worktops & more.
As a leading manufacturer of toilet cubicles and associated products, we offer a virtually unlimited range of bespoke products, alongside our standard ranges.
Our 35,000 sq ft factory is based in NE London. In-house capabilities include an accurate beam saw, capable of cutting the largest panels; CNC routing; panel pressing; thermo-forming; polishing; joinery and product assembly. This gives us the facility to fabricate complex items in a wide range of sheet materials.
We are founder members of the British Laminate Fabricators Association and have ISO 9001:2008 (TRADA certificate no. 118). We are Quality Assured fabricators for major solid surfacing manufacturers.
We hold Chain of Custody Certification for both the FSC and PEFC sustainable timber procurement systems.
Our CAD draughtsmen (AutoCad) have a great deal of experience in converting product designs into fabrication drawings.
